About Us

Rosemary Monette is a Registered Dental Hygienist with an Expanded Practice License. She has over 30 years in the dental health care field. She graduated from Chabot College, Hayward, California with Highest Honors, in addition she was recognized for having the highest GPA of her graduating Dental Hygiene Class of 1981.

She has extensive experience in non-surgical periodontal therapy having worked over 15 years in periodontal specialty offices, while working over 30 years in general dental offices serving both adults and children. She was born and raised in San Leandro, California and moved to Grants Pass, Oregon in 1990 with her husband Don, 3 daughters, and 1 son. Since then the family has grown to include 3 son-in-laws, a daughter-in-law and 11 grandchildren. Rosemary has an unending committment to providing the highest quality of care for her patients. Her patients find comfort placing their trust in her and frequently thank her for her warmth, honesty, gentle touch, thoroughness and caring personality.

In 2011 she received her Expanded Practice License which allows her to work independently in settings other than a dental office and without the supervision of a dentist. In her medical clinic setting, in the nursing facilities or private homes with homebound persons, she is able to serve our young and adult populations. Offering an alternative to a traditional dental office, allows you adequate time for a thorough and gentle teeth cleaning in a quiet, unhurried setting.

Yes. After a comprehensive assessment Delivering Smiles has a network of dental professionals that we can refer you to as necessary.
Delivering Smiles recommends a yearly visit with your dentist for an exam and any necessary dental work.
Do you work with specialists?
Delivering Smiles has a network of specialists that include oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, prosthodontists, etc
Does my dental insurance cover me?
Dental insurance companies such as Cigna, Delta Dental, Health Comp, ODS, Pacific Source reimburse clients for services provided by Delivering Smiles as an out-of-network provider .
We are an in-network provider for Regence BCBS Med Advantage. For other insurances we are pleased to assist you in finding out that information.
How much does it cost?
Each person’s needs are different and the fee reflects the service being provided and the time required to perform them.
In general Delivering Smiles Dental Hygiene services cost less than most dental offices and more individual time is allowed.
A 10% discount is available for full payment of cash/check at the time of the appointment.
Payment or Insurance co-payment is due at the time of the appointment.

How soon can I get an appointment?
Delivering Smiles is available in the Cascade West Primary Care Clinic location on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays 8-5pm by appointment. If other days or times are needed DeliveringSmiles will accommodate you whenever possible.
How often should I get my teeth cleaned?
The dental hygienist will evaluate the condition of your mouth and will personalize the frequency of your visits. Patients with periodontal disease and health issues should be seen more often, usually every 3-4 months, while those with good oral health and no health concerns every 4-6 months is recommended.
